What payment methods do you accept?

The technician will collect payment when the service is complete. We accept all credit cards, e-transfers, and cash.

Can I set my subscription on auto-renew?

Our subscription plans are auto-renewable so you don't miss out on the premium support. You may also cancel the auto-renew at any time by writing an email or contacting our customer service team.

Do you offer installations on weekends?

You can schedule an installation seven days a week!

What type of mounts do your technicians carry?

Each mount we provide comes with a 1-year warranty, regardless of which brand it comes from. The majority of our mounts are Pearlesmith or Kanto Premium mounts.

Do mounts come with a warranty?

For wall mounts that we provide, we offer a 1-year warranty. For hardware that the customer provides, we cannot offer a warranty.

Can you mount a TV on concrete, plaster, brick, stone, or tile?
Can you install my TV today?

The technician will typically need at least 4-5 hours' notice for same-day service requests. If you place your service request at 6 pm, we can't provide you with same-day installation.

What if you are not able to fix my issue?

We provide a 30-days warranty on all our products and services. If a problem persists even after 30 days, we will refund your money.

What do I need to do before my TV Mounting appointment?

The wall stud location (to support the weight of your TV) and where you plan to sit should be taken into consideration when choosing a spot for mounting your TV. Our pro can help you determine the best spot based on the power outlet location, the wall stud location, and where you are planning to sit and watch the TV. During installation, please make sure to keep the area clean where the television will be mounted. Also, let our tech know if you need help moving furniture. Finally, make sure that the cable that comes with the TV will reach the electrical outlets.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The process is simple. All you have to do is write us an email with the details, and our support team will escalate it. After verifying your details, we will cancel your subscription.
